Anne Pagnoni serves the firm as the Director of Community Outreach. She is the liaison between the law firm and the community at large. Anne builds relationships with other medical and senior living professionals to ensure that they have the resources necessary to assist their clients and families with their Elder Law needs. Anne believes that education is key when it comes to navigating the legal and health care maze; therefore, she spearheads the educational component of the law firm. She organizes and facilitates seminars for the community and conducts continuing education programs for various health care professionals who serve the older adult population.
Anne started her career path to working with the older adult population when she was a senior in college. In order to graduate she had to complete a senior thesis. In order to complete her thesis, she began volunteering at a local senior center. It was there that she found her calling. After graduation, she began working in a nursing home as an activities assistant. From there she served as an Older Adult Protective Services Worker. Anne took the experiences that she gained while working in Adult Protective Services and began using them in a sales and marketing capacity within independent, assisted, memory care, skilled nursing, and adult day care communities. Her career to this point has spanned more than 20 years, and she is proud of the work that she has done to improve the quality of life for older adults.
Anne lives in Ocean Township with her husband and two children. When she isn’t working or chasing around said children, she is a Daisy Girl Scout leader and the Chairperson of the Alzheimer’s New Jersey Walk to Fight Alzheimer’s Southern Regional Walk. She is an avid beach lover and knows that the time will come when life will slow down just enough to allow her to spend every moment there possible.
