We strive to efficiently administer and complete the estate. There are times, however, when beneficiaries may disagree; when matters can not be resolved amicably families will then explore whether estate litigation is appropriate.
In addition, we will seek judicial approval (and help) when administering for a special needs beneficiary when appropriate protections were not put into place - this may include judicial review (and when successful, reformation) of the inadequate will (when there even is a will!) and/or the establishment of appropriate trusts to protect the beneficiary.
