This National Board Certification has requirements including experience, handling of appropriate matters in specified categories, the passing of a Board exam similar to yet another Bar exam, and finally, peer reviews. There are less than 45 Certified Elder Law Attorneys in New Jersey, less than 45 Certified Elder Law Attorneys in New York, and upon belief, we are the ONLY firm with a Certified Elder Law Attorney with offices in New York and New Jersey.
